Payment Policies

  • Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
  • We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  • Returned checks are subject to a $25 collection fee.

We understand temporary financial problems may arise. Please contact our office promptly for assistance. Accounts overdue may be sent to a collection agency if necessary.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical care will cost.

  • Health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of expected costs for medical items and services.
  • A Good Faith Estimate includes related costs such as medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
  • Ask your health care provider for a written estimate at least 1 business day before your service.
  • If you receive a bill at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your estimate.

Important: Insurance does not guarantee benefits. While filing claims is a courtesy, all charges are your responsibility from the date services are rendered. We will assist in understanding and filing claims, but ultimately the patient is responsible for timely payment.

ChiroHealthUSA Discount Program

ChiroHealthUSA is a national discount program — not insurance — providing reduced fees for chiropractic care.

Annual Membership: $49.95 per year (covers you and your immediate family)

Member Benefits:

  • Exams: $50
  • Spinal Adjustments: $32
  • Family Members’ Adjustments (same day): $27
  • Additional reduced fees on many services
